These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Creation Corner website and the purchase of our digital courses and resources. By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

The Creation Corner may update these terms at any time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

1. Our products

The Creation Corner sells digital products, such as online video courses, printable guides and templates. Nothing is shipped physically. Art and craft supplies (such as paints, brushes, canvases, quilling paper and tools) are not included; where we recommend supplies, you buy them separately from any store you like.

We describe each product as clearly as we can, with descriptions, images and videos. If we find an error, we correct it as quickly as possible.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes or fees are included in, or added to, the price shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

We accept credit and debit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your order, with your receipt and your access details.

3. Access to your course

Your purchase gives you lifetime access to the course for as long as The Creation Corner offers it online. Access is personal to you and must not be shared, resold or redistributed. If access is interrupted for technical reasons, we will restore it as quickly as we can. If a product is withdrawn after you have bought it, we will contact you by email to arrange continued access or a refund.

4. Intellectual property

All course content (videos, text, images, outlines and printables) belongs to The Creation Corner or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the course materials without our written permission.

The artwork you create while following our courses, whether a painting, a quilled piece or any other craft, is yours to keep, hang and give as gifts.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital courses. If you are not happy with your purchase, email hello@thecreationcorner.com within 30 days of buying, and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of your request; it can then take a few business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and course access ends once a refund is issued.

6. Order cancellation and complaints

To cancel an order or raise any complaint about a product, service or information on our website, email hello@thecreationcorner.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of liability

If you create an account to access your course, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account.

Results depend on your own practice and effort, so we do not guarantee any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, The Creation Corner is not responsible for third-party information, technical failures outside our control, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and applicable legislation.
